Gifft (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the gift card marketplace at gifft.cards and giftng.io. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

2. Data we collect

  • Name and email address — Collected at checkout to deliver your gift card and send order confirmations.
  • Payment information — Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Order data — Product ordered, amount, order status, delivery timestamps.
  • Usage data — Pages visited, browser type, IP address (anonymised), device type.

3. How we use your data

  • To fulfil your order and deliver gift card codes by email.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery confirmation).
  • To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
  • To prevent fraud and protect our platform.
  • To improve our service through anonymised analytics.

4. Data sharing

We share data only where necessary to operate our service:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
  • Reloadly / Tremendous — Gift card fulfilment providers. Your name and order details may be passed to fulfil the card.
  • Email providers — Used to deliver transactional emails.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

Order and account data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (where legally permissible).
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
