Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Gifft (“the platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Our service

Gifft is a digital gift card marketplace. We facilitate the purchase of third-party gift card codes delivered digitally. We are not the issuer of the gift cards — the underlying brands and their terms apply to how codes are redeemed.

3. Purchases and delivery

  • All purchases are final. Gift card codes are non-refundable once issued.
  • Codes are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 60 seconds.
  • If delivery fails due to a technical error on our side, we will re-deliver or issue a replacement.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
  • Resell gift cards obtained from our platform without express permission.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission.

5. Refund policy

Due to the instant and digital nature of gift card delivery, we do not offer refunds unless:

  • The code delivered was invalid or already used (our error).
  • A technical failure prevented delivery of any code.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@gifft.cards.

6. Third-party gift cards

Gift cards are products of third-party brands (Netflix, Steam, Amazon, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to those brands' redemption policies, platform availability, or geographic restrictions. Always check the brand's own terms before purchasing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gifft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to redeem a gift card. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified by email.
